Mr. Griffith, a hands-on individual, is Chairman of The Lyndhurst Group of Companies which comprise of, Lyndhurst Funeral Home (Barbados); Lyndhurst Funeral Home (Dominica); Lyndhurst International (Repatriation Services); Lyndhurst Taxi Service; Ember Investment Corporation, P. M. Griffith and Sons Ltd. and Rest Assured Corporation. Of these companies he is the Founder of all with the exception of Lyndhurst Funeral Home (Barbados), which was acquired on October 01, 1987.Mr. Griffith is the President of Ember Investment Corporation, a company which comprises Coral Ridge Memorial Gardens; Mount Pleasant Memorial Gardens (two Private Cemeteries) and a distribution division of funeral supplies.With his experience and contacts made through the funeral business, Mr. Griffith envisioned that a Real Estate company would be a natural progression for growth in the group of companies and Rest Assured Corporation was founded. The real estate arm of this company traded as Vintage Properties until June 2017 when the trade name was rebranded, Slice of Paradise.Outside his busy schedule with the Lyndhurst companies, Mr. Griffith finds time to contribute voluntarily to the community. He has twice been a President of the Rotary Club of Barbados West and continues to lend a helping hand to many underprivileged Barbadian School Children, adults and senior citizens.He is also a Founding Director of the Substance Abuse Foundation of Barbados. He also enjoys Golf, Cricket and Fishing.A devoted family man, Mr. Griffith has been married to Debra for the past 43 years. The union produced three sons; Sean, Ryan and Russell all of whom are involved in the family business.

'Ubuntu' I am because We are standing on the foundation built by Social Worker Legends. Much of today is being built on COVID 19. It has caused much delayed grief, new funeral arrangements and new fears to enter a funeral home or to touch a loved one.
